7-Eleven Slurpee to Sponsor Boris Said at Daytona
Boris Said picked up a new sponsor for the Daytona 500 on September 17th. 7-Eleven has thrown their hat in the ring with a Slurpee sponsorship for the number 60 Ford Fusion. Check out Jayski’s for the full report.
Rolex 24 Results Posted
The results are up for the 2008 Rolex 24. The number 1 car finished in first place with drivers Franchitti, Montoya, Pruett, and Rojas alternating turns at the wheel. They completed the 695 laps with an average speed of over 100mph.

Boris Said will join teammates Tom Nastasi, David Empringham, and Jean-Francois Dum to compete in the Rolex 24 this weekend. Driving the number 15, Ford Mustang Cobra GT in the GT division, the team is hoping for a good result. They’ll start at an okay 40th position (out of 66 rides).

Boris Said Sweeps Bodine Bobsled Challenge
While typically a race car driver, Boris knows bobsledding. Boris Said’s father was an Olympic bobsledder and apparently it rubbed off. Boris came into today’s Bodine Bobsled Challenge as the defending champion from one of the races last year. This year Said came in and swept both races.
